Parent and Toddler Yoga
Tash is a 250H teacher who trained at Sampoorna Yoga (India) in Vinyasa-flow and Ashtanga in October 2017, furthering her training with Yin in 2018. She is a Bristol-based yoga teacher, teaching adults, children and toddlers in a fun and vibrant way.
Tash is a trained secondary and primary school teacher, and has worked in schools in London and Bristol. She has practiced yoga for over 10 years, it informing her style of classroom teaching and shaping her life.
For Tash, yoga is a form of self-exploration, play and a meditative tool for calming our busy minds. Using the breath as a foundation throughout her classes, she aims to create a nurturing space where adults and children can deeply listen to their bodies. She loves creating imaginative classes for children and toddlers: they are always fun, interactive and full of surprises!
