Jess van Delft
Parent and Toddler Yoga
Jess qualified in the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at Bristol School of Yoga in April 2018. She is a Bristol-based yoga teacher, teaching adult classes and fun and active parent and toddler yoga play sessions.
Jess has practiced yoga for around 15 years. She started her working life teaching in secondary schools and working for a children’s charity, and after having her own baby 3 years ago her priorities shifted and Jess decided to retrain as a yoga teacher.
Her style is Hatha flow, she works in a gentle, restorative way, moving in tune with the breath. Jess is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore their practice. She absolutely loves creating and running sessions for toddlers! They are so imaginative and dynamic, always surprising, and always great fun!
Jess’s areas of special interest are: women’s yoga, pregnancy and post-natal yoga, children’s yoga and yoga for mental health.
