A 5 week course on Sunday evenings designed specifically for beginners.
Each week you will focus on a different aspect of Hatha yoga such as alignment, standing poses, back release and breathing techniques. These classes will give you the essential guide to Hatha yoga and will give you the confidence to come along to yoga classes.
Experience a yoga practice that is safe, fun and will leave you feeling relaxed and energised.

You will also receive 2 free classes on your BCY account alongside your course. You are free to use these at any time that suits you. We would recommend finding a beginners class to start with – if you need help finding the right class for you then please contact us.
If the course has already started and there are still places available you are welcome to join the course.
