This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Laura will give different options to allow you to practice according to your own energy levels – taking rest if you need to.
10.00 -13.00 Morning meditation, pranayama (breath-work) and asana (physical) practice
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch – a delicious wholesome meal is included
14.00 – 16.00 Yoga philosophy, restorative yoga practice and Yoga Nidra.
Lunch is provided – warming, vegan, gluten free, organic and delicious!
