Come and explore the subtle yet transformational practice of Pranayama with a highly experienced teacher. In each class you will be taught a variety of pranayama practices with variations to suit all bodies and levels of experience.
Find out how to use asana (physical postures) to prepare your body and mind for these practices, exploring how to free up the muscles which may be inhibiting a deep, full and expansive breath.
These classes are not suitable for complete beginners, but are suitable for those with a regular yoga practice. If you are unsure, contact us.
