A 5 week course taking you through a range of the styles of Yoga offered at BCY.

You will learn the basic principles of Hatha Yoga (the ‘mother’ of most styles of Yoga that are practiced in the West) so that you feel confident going to more general classes.

Meet 5 of our highly skilled teachers, and gain an insight into the style of yoga and type of teacher that best suits your body and mind.

Styles of Yoga

We will include 5 styles of Yoga on the course from the list below – each course will vary depending on teacher availability.

  • Hatha and Hatha Flow
  • Iyengar Yoga
  • Ashtanga Yoga
  • Vinyasa Flow
  • Yin Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga

You will also receive 2 free classes on your BCY account alongside your course.  You are free to use these at any time that suits you.  We would recommend finding a beginners class to start with – if you need help finding the right class for you then please contact us.

Once you have finished this course, you might want to try our Hatha Beginners courses will run in the same time slot as the Intro to Yoga course (in alternating 5 week blocks) – so you can carry straight on with your practice.
