A Yoga course designed specifically for beginners.

Learn from an experienced teacher over 5 weeks, in this safe, friendly and supportive course.

Each week you will focus on a different aspect of yoga such as alignment, standing poses, back release and breathing techniques. These classes will give you the essential guide to yoga and will give you the confidence to come along to classes.

Experience a yoga practice that is safe, fun and will leave you feeling relaxed and energised.

You will learn the basic principles of Hatha Yoga (the ‘mother’ of most styles of Yoga that are practiced in the West) so that you feel confident going to more general classes.
