Combine flowing movement with deep relaxation
Blending the slower-paced practice of Yin Yoga with the more flowing movements of ‘yang’ yoga styles such as Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
Starting with a Yin practice to release the body and relax the mind before moving into a more flowing ‘Yang’ practice with more physical postures and movements. Ending with a return to the Yin practice to allow time for rest and deep relaxation.
In Yin Yoga postures are held for a longer period of time and incorporate props such as blankets and bolsters to make the body comfortable.
This class is suitable for all students, but not recommended for complete beginners. The group will be mixed ability but you will be accommodated and offered different options to suit different your level of experience.
