Shakti Flow

Join Gladey as she takes you through a fluid, flowing and nurturing practice. Shakti Flow is informed by the changing seasons and the cycles of the moon, with awareness of how these natural rhythms affect us as we move through our lives.

This practice weaves more of the physical aspects of Hatha into the class to ignite the feminine energy. The movement focuses on chakra healing, breathwork and moving in a way that suits a woman’s body.

This is a safe practice to do, as the nature of it is a slow flow. It is an enriching practice that advocates self-care. It helps slow the mind and relax the body so you feel more balanced, more in tune.

Please inform the teacher that you are pregnant / post natal at the beginning of the class.
