New to yoga and pregnant? We would recommend Pregnancy Yoga classes
Existing yoga practice and pregnant? Wait until after your first trimester before attending Shakti Yoga classes
Once you’ve had your baby – allow time for healing and recuperation before coming to Shakti Gatherings. We recommend waiting 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, and 12 weeks after a Cesarean.
Please inform the teacher that you are pregnant / post natal at the beginning of the class. Please contact us or check with your doctor or midwife if you are unsure.
