Combining flowing asana (poses) with other powerful techniques such as pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand guestures), mantra (chanting) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
Hatha flow is a more fluid form of Hatha Yoga – a ‘traditional’ style of yoga which includes physical postures, breath, meditation and relaxation.
This class offers a softer approach to Hatha flow yoga, combining movement and stillness. The ‘flow’ in this class will be steady and slow, expect to move fluidly from one pose to the next whilst gently encouraging the body to release and the mind to be still.
