For over 17 years our beautiful studio space in Stokes Croft has been providing the community with a safe and welcoming place to practice and explore yoga and movement in its many forms.
Whether you’re new to yoga, or already know your asana from your pranayama, step onto the mat in a supportive environment that makes space for everybody regardless of age, size, gender, fitness or lifestyle.

Our yoga classes honour the history and lineages of more ‘traditional’ styles of yoga as well as exploring and discovering its ever-changing landscape. All of our teachers are experienced and well trained, so you’re always in safe hands.
From Ashtanga to Yin, Hatha to Broga, our classes mean you can explore something new or grow in your current practice.
Fitness and Wellbeing ClassesOur Timetable
Our fitness and wellbeing classes carry through the ethos and mindfulness of yoga. Steal 30 mins for a quick bit of HIIT, breathe deep and explore your muscles in Broga or ride a wave of deep peace with our weekly sound healing classes.

Our therapy room is tucked away behind the studio, with a group of dedicated and talented therapists providing a variety of different treatments.
From reflexology, acupuncture, myofascial release and psychotherapy to deep tissue or Bengali massage, our therapy room gives you the chance to experience the profound benefits of a therapeutic treatment.
