Learn the basics so that you can join a Led or Mysore class with confidence and can move your practice forward.

You Will Learn

  • The introductory postures from the Ashtanga sequence, with tailored variations to suit your body
  • How to breathe during postures to keep the mind focused and find control and stability
  • How to safely transition between postures using Vinyasa (movement with breath)
  • Help and advice for starting up your self-practice

You’ll be given a“cheat sheet” to consolidate your learning and to take your practice with you wherever you go.
